European Film Festival
in Lebanon
The Spanish Embassy in Beirut participates once again in the European Film Festival in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union and Metropolis Cinema. In this edition you can enjoy three Spanish films, the recent hits Ramona and Lullaby and a special screening in tribute to Carlos Saura, Cría Cuervos. Rotating Art exhibition entitled Harmony of Two Worlds
Organized by the Spanish Embassy in Lebanon, the BEMO bank and the Gibran National Committee, guided visits to the exhibition installed in the residence of the Ambassador of Spain will take place on September 28 and 29 and October 2 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Spanish guitarist José María Gallardo
In the Assembly Hall of the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Beirut, José María Gallardo will give a concert titled Spanish Soul. José María Gallardo was elected by the Board of Directors of the National Conservatory of Lebanon as "Ambassador of Music" in 2022. Admission is free until capacity is reached.

Film tribute to Carlos Saura
The Spanish Embassy in Lebanon, the Cervantes Institute of Beirut and the ALBA University organize this film tribute to the Spanish filmmaker at the Amphitheater Samir Abillama from ALBA University. The Professor of the Carlos III University of Madrid, Gabriel Domenech, will introduce the cycle during which the films Cría Cuervos, ¡Ay, Carmela!, Goya en Burdeos and El Dorado will be screened.
